This annual, one day conference and exhibition, explores the essential aspects of a young person’s transition to adulthood when they have additional needs.

Huw Davies, Chief Executive at the British Association for Supported Employment
Huw will look at how young people can maximise their chances of employment and the reality of the jobs market; including how to break down barriers and achieve their goals.
Alison Boulton, Policy Officer at Natspec
Alison will explore the current education options for young people with additional needs and how to access the best routes in the future.
Mark McGoogan, Principal Consultant for Housing, Disability and Social Investment Consultants Ltd
Mark will look at housing options and what young people need to consider, plus what benefits are available.
