A FOUR-POINT GUIDE TO FINDING SUITABLE CARE FOR DISABLED ADULTS

  • Simply complete the online form to provide us with the specific care and housing requirements.
  • We will then input the information into our comprehensive database, allowing us to pinpoint care providers that offer services that match the specified needs.
  • A list of matching care providers will be sent to you, along with specific information including details on accommodation, location, staffing and weekly costs from care providers that support the DCR.
  • With the information provided you can then contact the care providers directly. With your permission we will also pass on your contact details to the relevant care providers so that they can provide you with additional information.
